Claiming a pension from an EU country when living in Finland

Anthony worked in Sweden in the 1970s. Now he lives in Finland. Anthony applies for his pension from Finland and Sweden. The Finnish Centre for Pensions is notified of the application for a pension from abroad. The Finnish Centre for Pensions transfers the application to the Swedish pension authority. Anthony gets the pension decision and (possibly) his pension from Sweden.
