At regular intervals, a foreign pension provider that pays you a pension from abroad checks that your personal data is up-to-date. Check and/or fill in the form. Return the filled in/checked form as instructed in order to make sure that your pension payments are not interrupted. As a rule, the data on the form is to be confirmed (=stamped) by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency or Kela.
