Pensions Act for Performing Artists and Certain Groups of Employees that was valid until the year 2007.
The act covered creative professionals whose employment was intended to last for less than one year. The act also covered employment contracts in fields covered by the Employees’ Pensions Act (TEL) that lasted for less than one month, that is, part-time work and workers employed by households.
The act merged with the Employees’ Pensions Act (TEL) and the Temporary Employees’ Pensions Act (LEL) into the Employees Pensions Act (TyEL) as of the beginning of 2007.
